The de-fleeting challenges: Finding an optimal multichannel approach. While the remarketing conversation in the last years for car manufacturers buy backs, Lease and Rent-A-Car companies has been mainly about B2C and online, it all starts with the optimal multi-channel approach. In this expert track we’ll put the spotlight on some of the recent and key changes in this process: managing a multichannel approach, the liability on vehicles’ privacy data and handling electrified vehicles.
