Creating a seamless de-fleeting process

The complete de-fleeting operation needs to support the most efficient key to key process to create the highest added value in the speediest manner at the lowest possible cost. To achieve this, the different actors and service providers need to work closely together to create a seamless transition between all the different steps. During this Remarketing Expert Track, experts will zoom in to what needs to be undertaken to evolve to the optimal de-fleeting process in the future and how to cope with different models in the future.

The end-of-lease return is a crucial moment in the life cycle of a vehicle for renters and for leasing companies. The assessment of the vehicle allow the driver, or renter, to know if any repair costs will be charged, to whom, and why. CARA will share the revised Fair Wear & Tear guide.
